THE LL INSTALLATIONS APP IS INTENDED ONLY FOR THE USE OF LL INSTALLATIONS EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS. Unless you are an employee or subcontractor of LL Installations, you must not use this app, and must delete any copies of the app that you may have in your possession.
You accept these terms and conditions by accessing or using any part of the LL Installations app after the first time you login to the app. You then confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied from time to time) each time you access any part of the LL Installations app.
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and the LL Installations ("LL Installations", "our", "we" or "us") governing your use of this app.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you will need to logout of the app immediately.
A reference to "these terms and conditions" also includes all other instructions, terms or conditions concerning the use of this app or any part of it.
A reference to "this app" means the LL Installations app
You may use this app to provide information relating to you work activities for LL Installations, (including an electronic timesheet, an electronic veichle logbook, Day Labour Sheets and Site Diaries) to LL Installations, and to view your current work status (at work or not at work), work-related travel status (travelling or not travelling), and previously submitted Day Labour Sheets and Site Diaries. You may not use this app to view, access, or modify any information relating to anyone other then yourself.
You must not log into this app as any user other then yourself.
Where the app requests you to enter information, you agree to enter compleate and accurate information. If you fail to enter compleate and accurate information, you indemnify us against any consequences of your error and/or ommission.
You accept that if you fail to enter compleate and accurate information, you may forgo or delay your pay for your work for LL Installations, and that you are responsible and liable for any other consequences of your failure to enter compleate and accurate information.
You are responsible for confirming that the information you provide is correct.
If you make a mistake, then you need to contact us as soon as possible.
If you are unable to access the app due to any technical issues (eg, no signal, flat battery, server offline etc), then you need to enter the required information at the first opportunity possible. You also need to provide an explanation in the comments as to why you were unable to submit you information in a timely manner.
You may use and copy the information in this app for personal reference only. You agree that you will not use it for any purposes that are commercial, unlawful or may prejudice the reputation or interests of LL Installations. "Unlawful" use includes activities such as fraud, the posting of defamatory or offensive material, infringement of the rights of others and failure to comply with any legislation.
You must not hack into, change or otherwise interfere with the operation of this app or any information contained within it. This includes knowingly transmitting a virus or other damaging item to our servers.
This app is provided "as is", so you use it entirely at your own risk. We try to ensure that all information contained in this app is correct at the time of inclusion and that the app is free of viruses and other operational problems. However, we cannot give any guarantees in this regard.
You are responsible for your use of this app, and fully indemnify us in respect of any use that we have not expressly authorised.
You are required to abide by all relevant road rules and regulations whilst driving a vehicle.
Interacting with the LL Installations app, including, but not limited to the vehicle logbook that is comprised of the vehicle travelling feature is intended for use only whilst the vehicle is stationary and it is legal for the driver to use a phone or other device.
The Start Travelling operation is intended to be performed prior to departure (whilst the vehicle is still parked), and the Stop Travelling operation is intended to be performed after arrival at the destination (after parking the vehicle).
Any other use of the LL Installations app in a motor vehicle must also be undertaken only where and when it is legal to use a phone.
LL INSTALLATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FINES, LOSS OF DRIVERS LICENCE, OR ANY OTHER PENALTY OR PUNISHMENT THAT YOU MAY INCUR OR LOSS THAT YOU MAY SUFFER DUE TO YOUR FAILURE TO FOLLOW ROAD RULES.
You agree that by using this app, that you accept our collection and use of you personal information as describes by our privacy policy.
This includes, but is not limited to collection of and tracking of you location using GPS technology during the time that you are at work, or that you are travelling for work purposes or in a LL Installations owned vehicle.
A copy of our current privacy policy can be accessed from the LL Installations app by pressing the circular "i" button, and then selecting Privacy Policy from the menu that appears.
The app contains copyright material, brand names and other trade marks that are protected by law. You should assume that all names and logos are trade marks of LL Installations or third parties, and that all content in this app is subject to copyright. Except as expressly authorised, the use of any material in this app (including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, display or communication of any kind) is strictly prohibited.
Except to the extent required by law, you agree that the LL Installations, its related corporations and their directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, successors or assigns will not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to, the use of this app. This limitation applies to all direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses you or others may suffer, including for loss of profits, business interruption or loss or corruption of data or information.
This app is designed for use by employees and subcontractors of LL Installations who are Australian residents. Your use of this app is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this app are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia (including the Federal Court of Australia, Victoria Registry).
This app may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. Without limiting any of the above terms and conditions, we make no representations that the content of this app complies with the laws, including intellectual property laws, of any country outside Australia. If you access this app from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in each place where you access the app or where anything you publish or upload can be accessed.
These are the current terms and conditions. We may at any time vary these terms and conditions by posting the varied terms and conditions on this app. You agree that this provides you with sufficient notice of the variation.
